Blaydon Races

Blaydon Races is a dance for as many pairs as can make a circle. The song Blaydon Races was written by George Ridley in the 19th century, and is regarded as the official anthem of Tyneside - which in turn is the home of modern folk music. This is a fairly easy dance, suitable for beginners.
