Chariot of the Sun
Andrew Logan

Andrew worked with Fiona Hutchinson,
senior occupational therapist at Welshpool hospital.
He decided to adorn a zimmer frame as a tribute to his mother,
who uses a zimmer frame to take her daily walks.

Andrew thought it would be wonderful
to invent a solar powered zimmer frame.
He has decorated the zimmer with sun motifs
in mirrored mosaic.

Andrew found the pinny for the front of Chariot of the Sun
at an organic farmer’s market in Beverley Hills.
The pinny incorporate pockets for phones, magazines,
or even a pension book.

Andrew Logan is a leading scuptor,
who is renowned for his sculptures of Zandra Rhodes and Divine
