An exhibition of unique pieces (most commissioned) both by Makers, Fine Artists
and Designers.
Exhibition opened at: The City Gallery, Leicester: 8 September - 18 October 2001.
Tour Dates confirmed: Oriel 31, Wales: 28 October - 1 December 2001; Bradford Industrial Museum 15 December 2001 - 3 February 2002; Rugby Art Gallery and Museum: 19 February - 7 March 2002.
Costs: £1,500 per month. 100 posters and PV cards free for overprinting. Full colour catalogue with commissioned essays available on SOR. Education pack and handling collection available. The total insurance value is to be confirmed but is estimated between £25,000 - £30,000.
Requirements: Exhibition space of approx 1000-2000 square feet, nail-to-nail insurance provision required. One-way transport.
Funding: has been obtained from East Midlands Arts through the Regional Arts Lottery Programme and Year of The Artist; and from The Crafts Council, The Arts Council of England through the New Audiences Programme.
