Cutlery for Temporarily Disabled People

William Welch has simply inserted the handles of ordinary domestic cutlery into brightly coloured balloons, which have been filled with flour and secured with rubber bands. Within the exhibition, the cutlery can be handled, and the flour-filled balloon handles are very tactile.
